CREATE A PIPELINE
- Define one clear business process.
- Open Pipeline Board.
- Choose Create Pipeline.
- Select the correct source or funnel type.
- Add stages in the correct order.
- Define who may manage the pipeline.
- Save.
- Add or link fictional records.
- Test drag-and-drop stage movement.
- Test priority, task, follow-up and archive.
EXAMPLE SALES STAGES
New Inquiry -> Qualified -> Follow-Up -> Quotation -> Negotiation -> Won / Lost.
EXAMPLE SUPPORT STAGES
New -> Assigned -> Waiting for Customer -> In Progress -> Resolved.
FOLLOW-UP RULES
Every active lead should have an owner and next action. Use a date and purpose instead of a vague note. Close or update overdue tasks. Do not send repeated promotional follow-ups after an opt-out.
