  • Confirm comment permissions.
  • Choose posts, campaigns or account-wide scope according to the available Wemblo controls.
  • Prepare approved public and private response content.
  • Define negative, sensitive and sales-ready handover rules.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Wemblo -> Social Comment Automation.
  2. Choose Facebook or Instagram.
  3. Select the connected Page or account.
  4. Select the post scope.
  5. Add keywords or conditions.
  6. Choose exact, contains or another supported match type.
  7. Write the approved public reply.
  8. Configure a supported private response where needed.
  9. Add tags, source, fields, pipeline or assignment.
  10. Add human handover for complaints, privacy, high-value or unclear cases.
  11. Save as draft.
  12. Test with a controlled comment.
  13. Review public and private behavior.
  14. Activate.

PUBLIC RESPONSE RULES

Do not reveal order details, phone numbers, email, payment or personal information in public. Do not argue with a customer publicly. Use neutral acknowledgement and move suitable matters into a private or human workflow.
