CREATE THE FORM

  1. Define the business goal and minimum information required.
  2. Open WhatsApp Form.
  3. Choose Add Form.
  4. Enter internal name, description and supported category.
  5. Add screens or sections where supported.
  6. Add fields using clear labels.
  7. Give every data field a stable unique key.
  8. Configure validation and required fields.
  9. Map fields to Wemblo contact/custom fields.
  10. Configure what happens after submission.
  11. Add human handover for cases that need review.
  12. Publish the form.
  13. Test every path.

USE THE FORM IN A RESPONSE RESOURCE

  1. Open Response Resources.
  2. Choose Form Flow.
  3. Add a resource name and introduction.
  4. Choose the published form.
  5. Set the button text.
  6. Save.
  7. Use the resource in Smart Inbox, Flow Builder or Keyword Triggers.
