Workspace Privacy & Security Responsibilities

Understand tenant separation, roles, consent, customer data, AI, messaging, credentials, connected providers, retention, and incident reporting.

Overview

Wemblo provides logical workspace separation and supported access controls. The customer organization must decide who can access the workspace, which data is collected, which channels and providers are connected, what messages and calls are sent, which AI knowledge is approved, and when a person must take over.

Use only authorized customer data, maintain consent and opt-outs, minimize sensitive data, review roles, protect credentials, test backups and exports, and report suspicious activity promptly.

Who should use it

Workspace owners, billing users and authorized account users.
