Recommended stages include Received, Pending Review, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped or Out for Delivery, Delivered, Cancelled, and Refunded. Final stock, price, tax, payment, delivery, warranty, cancellation, and refund decisions must remain with authorized staff or verified systems.
