Assign & Transfer Conversations

Assign Smart Inbox conversations to agents or teams and transfer them with an internal summary and handover control.

STEPS

  1. Open the conversation and review the current owner.
  2. Choose Assign or Transfer.
  3. Select the agent or team.
  4. Add a short internal note.
  5. Confirm the change.
  6. Pause unsuitable automation and avoid duplicate replies.
  7. Create a follow-up or task where required.
