Recommended user types include Workspace Owner, Workspace Manager, Agent, Marketing User, Billing User, and Developer. Protect billing, provider connections, AI configuration, recordings, transcripts, API keys, webhook secrets, and user management.

Before you begin

Step-by-step instructions

  2. Confirm the active workspace and your role.
  3. Create or select the user, team, task, device or report.
  4. Configure only the required access or filters.
  5. Save.
  6. Test with a non-owner account or fictional record.
  7. Review notifications, assignments or report values.
  8. Document the responsible owner.

  2. Complete one invalid, failure or permission path.

Security, privacy, consent, cost and provider notes
