Review Contact Import Logs
Monitor pending, processing and completed contact imports and correct duplicate, format and validation errors.

Search Aliases: import job, contact upload log, CSV errors, row skipped
STATUS & METRICS
| Pending | Waiting for processing. |

| Processing | Background job is running. |
| Completed | Job finished. |
| Failed | Job could not complete. |
| Processed | Total rows reviewed. |
| Created | New contacts. |
| Updated | Existing contacts changed. |
| Skipped | Rows not imported. |
| Rejected | Rows with validation errors. |
REVIEW PROCESS
- Open Contact Import Logs.
- Locate the job by date, file name or user.
- Review status and totals.
- Open error details.
- Download the error file where available.
- Correct only the rejected or skipped data.
- Re-import a small corrected sample.
- Confirm the final contact count and values.
COMMON ERRORS
Duplicate: Contact already exists or uses a normalized equivalent.
Invalid phone: Missing country code or unsupported characters.
Missing required field: Required column is empty.
Unknown custom field: Field does not exist or type is incompatible.
Invalid option: Value does not match the allowed choice list.
