RECOMMENDED SETUP ORDER
- Create the bot with BotFather.
- Configure display name, description and commands.
- Protect the bot token.
- Connect the token in Wemblo.
- Confirm webhook/update configuration.
- Send /start and a test message.
- Confirm Smart Inbox All and Telegram.
- Test automation, assignment and handover.
- Review groups or channels only when required and supported.
PROVIDER NOTES
Telegram controls Bot API behavior, rate limits, account status and platform availability. A bot does not automatically have permission to read every group message or publish to a channel. Group privacy and admin permissions must be configured carefully.
