Search Aliases: Instagram business account, Instagram creator account, connect Instagram DM, Instagram Page link

Confirm the Instagram account is Business or Creator where the required API feature needs a professional account.
Confirm the business controls the account.
Link the account to the correct Facebook Page where required.
Confirm the Meta user can manage both assets.
Review account restrictions and current provider eligibility.

Open the Instagram mobile app or professional account settings.
Confirm the account type is Professional.
Confirm the public business information is correct.
Open Meta Business Settings.
Confirm the Instagram account is present under Accounts -> Instagram Accounts where available.
Confirm it is linked to the correct Facebook Page.
Confirm the setup user has access to both assets.

Professional Account	Instagram Business or Creator account eligible for supported features.
Linked Page	Facebook Page associated with the Instagram account where required.

Publishing fails	Check media format, account authorization and provider restrictions.
Wrong Instagram account connected	Disconnect carefully and repeat authorization with the correct Page/account combination.
