STEPS

  1. Create the appointment configuration.
  2. Add name, description, location, PKT timezone, and duration.
  3. Set daily limit, advance booking, overlap, and buffer rules.
  4. Configure availability and multiple intervals.
  5. Add customer questions.
  6. Choose confirmation, reminder, reschedule, and cancellation messages.
  7. Connect Google and payments where required.
  8. Test booking, update, reschedule, cancellation, and no-availability cases.
