BUSINESS PORTFOLIO ID
Provider Path: Meta Business Settings -> Business Info.
Use: Identifies the Meta business that owns or controls the app and WABA.
Do Not Confuse With: WABA ID or App ID.
WABA ID
Provider Path: WhatsApp Manager -> select the WhatsApp Business Account, or Meta app -> WhatsApp -> API Setup where displayed.
Use: Templates, phone numbers, account settings and business management.
Do Not Confuse With: Phone Number ID.
PHONE NUMBER ID
Provider Path: Meta app -> WhatsApp -> API Setup -> selected phone number, or WhatsApp Manager -> Phone Numbers -> select the number.
Use: Sending messages and receiving number-specific events.
Do Not Confuse With: Customer-facing display number.
APP ID
Provider Path: Meta for Developers -> select app -> App Dashboard / Basic Settings.
Use: Identifies the Meta developer app used for authorization and webhook configuration.
STEP-BY-STEP VERIFICATION
- Open the correct Meta Business Portfolio.
- Record the Business Portfolio ID in a secure implementation record.
- Open the correct Meta app and record the App ID.
- Open the WhatsApp product and confirm the WABA.
- Record the WABA ID.
- Select the production/test phone number.
- Record the Phone Number ID.
- Match each value to the exact Wemblo field name.
- Do not paste values into an ordinary document or screenshot.
- Save and run a test.
