Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel a Plan
Change a Wemblo plan, understand effective dates, payment verification, renewal, over-limit handling, and cancellation.
STEPS
- Open Billing and Plans.
- Review the current term, renewal, usage, and add-ons.
- Compare the next plan and focused capacity packs.
- Choose the requested upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation.
- Review price, effective date, and billing term.
- Complete verified payment for an upgrade.
- Confirm the active plan and limits.
- Before a downgrade, export or reduce resources above the lower limit.
Cancellation stops renewal and normally keeps access until the end of the paid term unless the accepted order states otherwise.
