MAIN CONNECTION OPTIONS
SMTP: Standard sending protocol using provider host, port and credentials.
Provider API: Provider-specific API key or OAuth connection.
Connected Inbox: Approved mailbox connection for supported inbound and outbound workflows.
Verified Sender: Email address approved by the provider.
Verified Domain: Business domain authenticated for sending.
RECOMMENDED SETUP ORDER
- Choose the business sender and provider.
- Choose SMTP, provider API or connected inbox.
- Verify the sender or domain.
- Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC where appropriate.
- Connect the protected credential in Wemblo.
- Send an internal test.
- Review From name, Reply-To, links, spam placement and authentication.
- Configure unsubscribe and suppression for promotional email.
- Connect automation or campaigns.
- Monitor bounces, complaints and provider limits.
PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY
A successful connection does not guarantee inbox placement. Sender reputation, domain authentication, list quality, complaint rate, message content, provider rules and recipient systems affect delivery. Provider charges are separate from the Wemblo subscription unless a written offer says otherwise.
