Create a Utility Template
Create a service-related Utility template with approved variables, media, footer and buttons and submit it to Meta.

Step-by-step instructions
- Open Wemblo -> Message Templates -> Custom.
- Choose Create New Template.
- Enter a lowercase name such as appointment_confirmation_pk.
- Select the language.
- Select Utility.
- Add an optional header.
- Write a clear service-related body.
- Add numbered variables such as {{1}} and {{2}}.
- Add realistic sample values.
- Add an optional footer.
- Add supported URL, phone or quick-reply buttons.
- Review the live preview.
- Submit for approval.
- Sync after approval.
- Test with fictional contact data.
EXAMPLE
Hello {{1}}, your appointment with Islamabad Learning Centre is confirmed for {{2}} PKT. Reply RESCHEDULE if you need another time.
CATEGORY CONTROL
Do not place unrelated promotional content inside a Utility template. Meta may recategorize or reject a template that does not match its actual purpose.
