RECOMMENDED SETUP ORDER
- Choose a business-controlled Google account.
- Review organization security policy.
- Connect through Wemblo OAuth.
- Review requested scopes.
- Select or create a Calendar.
- Test event creation.
- Test Google Meet if required.
- Select or create a Sheet.
- Test field mapping and row creation.
- Review sharing and revoke unused access.
SECURITY
Use OAuth instead of sharing the Google account password. Grant only required access. Review connected applications in the Google account after staff or workflow changes. Do not connect an employee's personal Drive when the business requires continuity and ownership.
