  4. Check access token and permissions.
  5. Check webhook verification and subscriptions.
  6. Check business phone-number registration.
  7. Check messaging window or required template.
  8. Check recipient +92 formatting and consent.
  9. Check provider quality and limits.
  10. Run a fictional controlled test.
  11. Capture redacted evidence.

COMMON ERROR AREAS

Unauthorized / 401Token is missing, invalid, revoked or linked to the wrong app.
Permission / 403Meta user or system user lacks the required asset access.
Resource not foundWrong WABA, Phone Number ID or app.
Inbound missingWebhook, subscription, app/WABA mapping or provider event issue.
