Connect an Email Sender or Inbox
Enter the sender, connection and security details, save the account and test outbound and supported inbound email behavior.

Before you begin
- Use a business-controlled sender or mailbox.
- Verify the sender/domain with the provider.
- Prepare the connection details.
- Decide who should receive replies.
- Use a test recipient controlled by the business.
MAIN FIELDS

Step-by-step instructions
- Open Wemblo -> Settings -> Integrations -> Email.
- Choose Add Connection.
- Select the connection type.
- Enter a descriptive connection name.
- Enter the sender name and verified sender address.
- Enter Reply-To where applicable.
- Enter the protected SMTP, API or OAuth details.
- Choose the provider-supported encryption and port.
- Save.
- Send a test email to an internal address.
- Review From, Reply-To, subject, body, links and authentication.
- Reply to the test when inbound support is enabled.
- Confirm the conversation or status in Wemblo.
COMMON ISSUES & SOLUTIONS
| Authentication failed | Check provider account, credential, host, port and encryption. |

| Connection tests but campaign fails | Review provider send limit, plan limit, audience and content. |
SECURITY
Do not reuse a personal mailbox password. Use OAuth, a restricted API key or app password according to provider guidance. Restrict who can view or change connection settings.
