Review Campaign Status & Analytics
Interpret sent, delivered, read, failed, bounce, click, reply, and social-publishing events correctly.
Overview
Sent means accepted for sending. Delivered and read are provider-reported events where available. A click, read, message, or comment is not automatically a sale or conversion. Confirm the date range, PKT timezone, channel, provider definition, and any synchronization delay.
Who should use it
Marketing users, sales teams, workspace managers and authorized campaign operators.
