PROVIDER PREREQUISITES
- Business controls the Facebook Page.
- Correct ad account is available.
- Lead form exists or can be created.
- Setup user has lead access.
- Privacy policy and required notices are present in the lead form.
- Field questions match the intended follow-up.
PROVIDER-SIDE STEPS
- Open Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager.
- Select the correct ad account and Facebook Page.
- Create or identify the Instant Form used by the Lead Ad.
- Review form questions, privacy link and completion screen.
- Open Business Settings or Leads Access Manager where applicable.
- Confirm the authorized person, Page and integration have lead access.
- Publish or retain a controlled test campaign/form.
WEMBLO-SIDE STEPS
- Open Wemblo -> Facebook Lead Ads.
- Select the connected Facebook Page.
- Select the ad account where required.
- Select the lead form.
- Map form fields to Wemblo contact/custom fields.
- Choose lead source, tags and segment.
- Choose pipeline and assignment.
- Choose automation or follow-up.
- Save.
- Use the Meta Lead Ads testing tool or a controlled test submission.
- Confirm the Wemblo contact and workflow.
