Create an Authentication Template
Create a secure OTP or account-verification template with code length, expiry and supported security wording.

Step-by-step instructions
- Open Templates -> Custom -> Create.
- Select Authentication.
- Enter a compliant template name.
- Select the language.
- Use the provider-required body format.
- Map the OTP code variable.
- Configure code length where supported.
- Configure code expiry.
- Enable approved security recommendation text where available.
- Add optional footer text.
- Review the fixed Copy Code button behavior.
- Submit to Meta.
- Sync after approval.
- Test with a non-production account.
Security rules
Do not log one-time codes unnecessarily. Do not send an OTP to a number not associated with the verification request. Keep expiry short enough for security. Do not mix marketing content into Authentication templates.
