Step-by-step instructions
- Open Social Publishing.
- Select Instagram.
- Select the connected professional account.
- Choose the supported content type.
- Upload approved media using the provider-supported aspect ratio, file type and size.
- Write the caption and hashtags.
- Preview.
- Choose Publish Now or Schedule.
- Select date and time in PKT.
- Confirm the account-specific monthly allowance.
- Save or publish.
- Review provider status.
COUNTING & ALLOCATION
One successful post to one Instagram account counts as one publication. Publishing the same content to Facebook and Instagram counts as two publications. Instagram Publishing Packs are assigned to the selected Instagram handle.
CONTENT QUALITY
Use media owned or licensed by the business. Verify names, prices, dates, offers and links. Do not use hashtags that misrepresent the content. Review accessibility and alt-text support where available.
