Account Setup
This guide explains how to set up your Wemblo account for your business.
Step 1: Log in to Wemblo
Open your Wemblo app URL and log in using the account details provided by your business owner, admin, or Wemblo support team.
If you are the business owner, you may receive your login details after your subscription or onboarding is completed.
Step 2: Complete your business profile
Go to your business settings and complete the profile information.
Recommended details:
- Business name
- Business logo
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
- Website URL
- Business address
- Business hours
- Time zone
- Default language
Use the same business identity that your customers already recognize.
Step 3: Add team members
Add the people who will manage WhatsApp conversations and leads.
Common team roles:
| Role | Recommended Use |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full business/account access |
| Admin | Settings, team, templates, campaigns, and reports |
| Manager | Team monitoring, assignment, and lead follow-up |
| Agent | Reply to customers and update conversations |
| Viewer | View-only access for reporting or supervision |
Only give admin access to trusted staff.
Step 4: Configure business hours
Set your business hours so customers receive the correct reply during working and non-working hours.
Example:
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
You can use after-hours automation to inform customers that your team will reply during working hours.
Step 5: Prepare your WhatsApp setup
Before connecting WhatsApp, prepare:
- Meta Business account
- WhatsApp Business Account
- Phone number for WhatsApp Cloud API
- Phone Number ID
- WhatsApp Business Account ID
- Access token
- Webhook verify token
- Callback URL from Wemblo
If you are not technical, ask your business admin, developer, or Wemblo support team to help with this step.
Step 6: Test your account
Before going live, test:
- Login access
- Team member access
- WhatsApp incoming message
- WhatsApp outgoing reply
- Conversation assignment
- Tags and notes
- AI reply, if enabled
- Campaign test, if required
